Feel Good Friday!

Why not start the weekend by feeling good on Fridays? Each session will begin with some gentle stretching and over the weeks we will learn some relaxation and breathing exercises, meditation and mindfulness and some gentle massage. We will also discover our stress triggers and practice some creative strategies for change. By the end of each session you will feel more relaxed, energised and focused. Beginners welcome.
